History
Established in 2015.
The first thing that you will notice as you walk into Niagara’s best steakhouse, The Meat Market, is, wow, they have a really cool ceiling. Designed to look like a giant wine barrel, it sets the mood for what will be a great meal. The kitchen area is open concept so that patrons are able to get up close and personal with the chef as he sears the steaks to perfection. The Meat Market serves USDA Prime along with Canadian AAA Reserve, tender and juicy cuts of meat that are one of the highest grades of beef found; as well as Wagyu, a Japanese style Kobe beef. In addition to these prime cuts of meat, the restaurant serves up seafood, fish, poultry, potatoes and vegetables with basic (but elegant) appetizers. A local beer and wine are on tap (yup, there is a wine tap) and specially selected to pair nicely with your meal.
