First impression a beautiful place to see, but that’s all there is. The service is never available during your stay, we were here early Tuesday morning, and asked for timing an hour into our stay for a deep tissue massage, which was $ 100 for 35 mins. and there was no time slot available. we asked for next day late morning around 11ish, or later in the evening around 6 or 7 ish, nope nothing again. who wants to spent all their time at a hotel when you are visiting from out of town and in Naigara falls? all they had was middle of the day, when we wanted to be out and about, like everyone.
the services were WAY WAY over priced. extreme lash extensions for $ 175, what the hell are they putting GOLD on me? a non registered massage is $ 95 for 55 mins (meaning anyone who’s not a professional masseuse will give the massage, and you are charging $ 95 for it?!?) a facial for $ 100, and so on… if you are out of town, don’t waste money here, just google and go to anyone they will be cheaper, if you are local, ARE YOU CRAZY to come here?
