13 Jan 2016 @ 14:00 Went in for late lunch at lower level bar. The bartender was quick to welcome and before I know it my drink was on the table. Bar is well stocked and have a good variety of beer and alcohol. Music is not too loud, good selection of tunes and creates a good atmosphere. I waited for about 5 – 10 minutes for my order of calamari and garden salad. Calamari was way too skinny. It almost had no calamari in it. I would give it 2⁄5. The garden salad was good. However, if you like the dressing on the side, ask when you order. I ordered a large one, considering the volume, I am not sure if it was a large salad! But everything was fresh. I would give it 3⁄5. Bill was $ 7.32 for beer, $ 12.99 for calamari, and $ 10.49 for salad + Tax. So value for money is so-so! After all it is Niagara Falls! Overall a good place to dine! Things that can be improved: every booth had a TV. It would be great to have USB ports or plugs to allow for mobile/smart devices to charge.

Not many patrons in February, but the menu looked good so we stopped for lunch. The bartender was also the waiter, a bit quirky but it grew on us. No drink suggestion when we asked so we stuck with water. No meal suggestions either. Just him not liking chicken, which they have a lot of, and then saying, it’s all good; quirky. I had the chicken pad Thai bowl. It was spicy, flavorful and loaded with veggies. Husband got a grilled chicken sandwich and side Caesar salad that he liked. We would go back.

The four stars review is for the management, and management only. The food here was absolutely horrible. My chicken burger was thrown into a deep fryer for far too long, and served on a toasted bun with no sauce. I’m not going to go too far into a review about the food, but in a group of four people, not a single person enjoyed their meal. Everything was extremely disappointing. The burgers were tasteless, as they needed a mound of sauce to be editable. My girlfriends chicken sandwich had a small piece of chicken on one half, and nothing but sauce on the other half The manager on duty, Amber, was a real professional. I explained the situation to her, and she completely understood and took time to explained why it could have happened, as the new managers have changed suppliers. She took the food off the bill and was sincerely apologetic. Because of this, I will probably return one day and order something simple that couldn’t be messed up.

This place was okay. I got in late on a Friday and wanted to grab dinner. I found Shoeless Joe’s on the way down to the falls. I walked in around 8:30 and the place was surprisingly dead. There was a couple at one end of the bar and a couple of drunk lads at the other. I sat there and it took a while for me to get a drink and order some food. All the games were on which was cool but they TV quality was poor. The food was also okay. The burger and fries were just okay, nothing too special. The wings though were pretty good. Not a bad visit but it was also not a great visit either. I think I will try to find something better in the future.

Service was slow. No hostess to seat us should have been our first clue. We had the wings. The food was ok nothing special and nothing I would come back to.

In case some of you are naïve and think there’s a «cheap» place to eat, this is Niagara Falls! Everything is pricey! Expect to spend a minimum of $ 50 on 2 entrees. That doesn’t include drinks of ANY kind(soda, beer, wine, etc.). I had the fish and chips and the wife had a chicken pasta dish of some kind. Our meals came out in about 15−20mins. Food was average. Nothing to write home about but not horrible. It was across the street from our hotel so convince won that night. They are a sports bar first I would say. Each booth had a TV in it with a NASCAR race on. I saw a plate come out with some beefy wings on it. May try them again before we leave just to try the wings. If I do, I’ll update this review.

Went with a party of 7. When we entered, i couldn’t find a single server. Had a bad feeling about the service BUT great service by Patrick. NY Steak was good… esp for a sports bar. Chicken asiago was yummy. Stir fry was ok. Burger was amazing. Kids meal was nice too. Decent drink menu. Overall, a nice experience.

We ate here during our trip to Niagara Falls during August, 2015. They basically serve Pub Food, which you would expect from a Sports Bar & Grill. The atmosphere was nice with several TV’s for watching the game. My family of five consisted of 3 adults and two children. My wife and I each had a drink and our three children had soda. The total bill was $ 123 for below average food and that’s with two kids meals. My daughter could only eat half the chicken due to toughness, and my son didn’t like the flavor of his wings(ordered the mild buffalo sauce). My wife and oldest daughter liked their salads, and my burger was ok. It’s just way too over priced for this type food, but that’s common in this area. Just be prepared because this is 2 star food with 5 star prices.

Ordered the steak plate, received a slab of beef that was rubbery and overcooked in a microwave. It was obvious the steak was taken out of a freezer and stuck in a microwave to be thawed then slapped on a plate — grossest steak I ever had(if you could even call it steak)! Veggies that came on the side were also directly from the freezer because they were dry and had freezer burn. Worst part was I told the server of my dissatisfaction after leaving 85% of the food untouched, and in no way did they even attempt to comp anything, servers response was«oh okay». Would never eat at this place again. Management is not in touch, rather gouging customers for frozen meals.

Average food with poor service. Make sure you eat before you get there – by the time you get your food, it’ll be time for your next meal.

We were looking for a place to watch the NBA Finals. Server was friendly but slow. Drinks were not very good. Hurricane did not resemble a true Hurricane in any way-tasted like it was made with a peach liquor. Buffalo Chicken flatbread had chicken that was hard as a rock. Space was OK but not particularly inviting. Do not recommend.

Unfortunately we found this place on our last night because this was the best food we had during our stay in Niagara Falls. After eating several meals at overpriced chain restaurants with disgusting food it was a relief to find Shoeless Joe’s! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. My husband had a burger that he could not stop talking about. I had an entrée salad topped with grilled salmon. Both of our meals were served hot(sadly I have to note that because it was not the case at any other restaurant we ate at during our stay). They only get 4 stars however because it was very warm in the restaurant(like the AC wasn’t working) and the service was rather slow but neither was bad enough for me to not want to go back. I highly recommend this place for good, affordable food while visiting Niagara Falls.

Service here is great. With 2 levels. If you are a smoker, go downstairs… easier access. During the wknds, its a bit lould with the music pumping away on the other side of the resort. This is only the case if you are on the lower level… where the bar is. I feel bad for the waiters & waitress who has to carry the drinks to the diners upstairs. Its a good set of stairs. Food… pub food; Pizza, Wings, Burgers, Ribs Sandwiches and wrap… Speaclity drinks… all great Service at this location and UFC is what keeps me coming back

Meagan was the best bartender and provided great company. I would highly recommend going and asking for her. I am from pittsburgh and will make sure I stop in next time I am in the falls just to see her.

Nice place, open late for our arrival after an 8 hour drive. Waitstaff was friendly enough and helped us navigate the U.S. To Canada currency exchange. Better than an Applebee’s but definitely nothing to write home about.

This place was pretty decent. Didn’t walk away with any lingering feelings of amazement. Ordered the Lumberjack Burger with a veggie patty. Burger was good, although when bbq is listed as one of the ingredients, you are kinda expecting a slight messy burger with lots of BBQ sauce. That was not the case. Burger had a thin swipe of sauce which was baked into the patty. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Tons of TVs everywhere, and tvs at each table that you can change the channels on. Would be a good place to catch a game and drink some beer.

The food was very good. My margarita tasted like freshly squeezed pineapple and lemon juice. That’s nice but… where’s the alcohol? The service is deplorable. It’s the only bad experience I had while in Niagara Falls. It started the moment we walked in. Two waitresses were whining about whose table was whose. They were standing right in front of us and didn’t say a word. Our waiter wasn’t even on the clock but he waited on us because our waitress, Michelle, simply couldn’t be bothered with one extra table in a section that was already empty. He had to reel her in just for her to be accountable for her table. The tables had little tvs at them which is nice if we could watch what we wanted. It took forever to get the check. I’ll never come here again. Don’t waste your money.

Pretty much our only lame experience while on our wonderful vacation to Niagara Falls. No one seated us for a long time. The table we were seated at was not the cleanest. Service was a bit on the slow side. We ordered the five cheese dip, the chicken sliders, and the waffle tower dessert. All were fine, none were memorable. I did love the tvs playing all of the sports at each table. I probably wouldn’t go back to this place.
