I ordered a record off their website. Weeks went by and it didn’t ship. I’d send an e-mail in and would receive a response blaming the distributors and promising me «next week». This repeated for over a month. Eventually their rep recommended I cancel and order from somewhere else, which I did. When I asked about a refund I was ignored. Multiple e-mails were sent and didn’t receive a response. Eventually someone responded and asked if I wanted in store credit, I said no please give me my refund. No response. Multiple emails after, no response. Fortunately I ordered through Paypal so to get my money back I had to open a dispute. No apology was issued. Their prices and shipping are very reasonable but I’ve never had so much difficulty ordering online, I would recommend avoiding this business.

Bought 4 Vinyl records from them the other day and have been very happy ever since, the online store is kinda busted as it seems to give false information about what records they have in store. The site will say the do or don’t have them and then when you visit the store they have what you are looking for or they don’t have what was posted on the site. Aside from the that, friendly staff, clean environment and good prices.

STAYAWAYFROMTHEM! I ordered 8 records online thru their store the first time around and only received THREEOFTHEM3MONTHSLATER! I couldn’t get a hold of anyone from the online store for over a month after emailing more than a dozen times. We finally get a hold of someone there and they sent 3 of the 8 ordered. At this point i wanted to a complete refund and would send back the records. They finally refunded my money for the other 5 records i never got which ended up being more than 60 days later. When they said refund they meant store credit of course though which was kind of lame. I then ordered 4 records that were in stock at the time since I had store credit. I have yet to receive anything from them for now 2 months not even an email stating some of the records are now on back order. Their policy(Which is a nightmare) is if a record is back ordered or sold out, they will hold your WHOLEORDER until that one comes back in stock. Without customer service to help sort thru this or even a phone number to call(ALSO A HUGEREDFLAG) while your waiting on your order, other records will go out of stock. Its an endless cycle of playing the waiting game with them without any light at the end of the tunnel. If you ordered a record, it should ship with or without the other ones being available PERIOD! I cant believe they are still in business. WILLNEVERORDERFROMTHEMEVERAGAIN after I get my full refund. If you are brave enough to try them out go thru paypal and only order 1 record at a time since their policy is pointless. This way if you dont end up receiving the record you can always contact paypal to receive a full refund(not store credit).

This is a great new vinyl store! Great selection and even some hard to find titles. The owners seem to really know what they want to bring to the beginner and experienced collector. As for the staff, ask for Frank! He was very friendly and helpful. We had a great chat. It was a breath of fresh air to speak with someone who had been in the biz for a long time and didn’t have the typical record store clerk(I’m better than you) mentality. This store is relatively new to the area. Frank also told me that a used vinyl section is coming soon so, keep an eye out. Overall, great place, nice environment. The best Niagara Falls, CA record store! Awesome job SRC… Keep that shit up… we need more like you.
