A very long line greeted us on Christmas day for dinner, but well worth the 1hour wait. The selection was amazing! Some of the best tandoori chicken I’ve ever eaten and the selection in the middle eastern section complimented the tandoori well. Went to the Canadian comfort section and tried a few things, the dressing looked questionable, but I tried the Brussel sprouts, now most I’ve had from a steam table in the past are gray and tasteless… these were bright green, firm and delicious! A major achievement in my opinion. The seafood selection was fresh, replenished frequently and we’ll done. Great seafood paella, battered smelt and tasty salmon. Tried the prosciutto… amazing, like most of the Italian section, a great selection of antipasto. The desserts were good too. The rice pudding was a bit runny and bland for my taste… make sure to add cinnamon! The mini trifle in the shot glass was superb! All in all one of the best buffets I’ve been to.

I try not to give a low rating because it could negatively impact your view of this place. The service is by far spectacular. The waiters seated you fairly quickly and asked for your drink to start the meal. No one seemed to be fatigued from a hard day of work and everyone worked efficiently. The supervisor was nice and pleasant while she handled our complaint about the food. The low rating comes from the food alone which was not seasoned(we were told it was due to the elderly people that visit the casino, the majority). The choices are limited and they seem to blend, meaning all the different ethnic foods all seemed to be the same e. g Chinese rice and Indian Rice. The dessert options are severely underwhelming and doesn’t appear to be appetizing. The supervisor refunded our money because we didn’t eat our first plate. Overall, great service, underwhelming food.

First you need to realize this isn’t Las Vegas. The food was decent and the staff very helpful. Now if I had or could rate our fellow diners I’d have to give a minus 4−5stars. I’m a senior citizen and have eaten out more than once. I have never on my life seen ruder or more self centered patrons. While standing in line to pay, there was a couple in front of us who kept waving their friends to join them. That brought 5 people to cut in line. They in turn did the same thing, bringing a total of 10 line cutters so they could all dine together. It got so crowded that when one lady got off her cell phone telling her husband to get in line behind her, she crowded so close to me that I almost thought she wanted me to join her in her room. I was so tempted to tell her that only one person could wear my pants at a time and I wasn’t interested in her since my wife was standing in front of me. Then the final insult was when we were waiting to be seated, some little old lady pushed my wife out of her way so she could cut in front of her!

It was horrible none of the food went together and the best tasting thing was the dry pizza but too each its own. If I didn’t pay before I ate I would have left, My friends and I were underwhelmed to say the least I didn’t even wasteful time going for desert. The place looks beautiful but its not worth, the margarita Ville Down the street was good

Great food. Good price for people with players card $ 12.00. Only thing was when I asked the server Anne if we could switch to a table near the window she said you have to ask before and then«wait» till one comes available. We did ask before but when we went in we realized we were away from the falls and didnt want to go back and wait in line again. A «no sorry cant do» would have sufficed vs her saying«if everyones starts switching tables around you know… Cant have that». I didnt demand I had asked politely. So that kinda ticked me off but foods good, view is good.

So the food here wasn’t as terrible as people described it. It definitely wasn’t bad. Of course you can’t compare this place to Vegas buffets, but for a $ 12 breakfast and lunch… you can’t complain. They have all sorts of ethnic foods and many desserts to choose from! Also, you can see the waterfall so well here! It’s seriously so pretty so get a window seat!

No kids allowed because it goes thought the casino floor — no toddlers etc. so it’s different than vegas in that respect.

Overall, the goal of the buffet at the casino is to feed you for $ 20 with food that is average enough so customers won’t waste time and complain — then send you back onto the casino floor. I’ll do each section and rate them as they are: ______ Roast Beef: a hit or miss — they’re either juicy and flavourful or tastes like a rubber shoe padding. Asian: very mediocre ‘Chinese’ food that I usually skip and I usually skip over the super un-authentic sushi rolls provided. Pizza: Yes. Seafood: Seafood is in the middle and also average. They either have seafood fried rice or seafood pasta with salmon and grilled [insert random fish] on the side. I don’t hate it but I don’t love it. Salad Bar: hit or miss — you either get everything super fresh OR it’s like 2 day old salad leaves. I love the frozen shrimp there though — that is consistently getting refilled. Greek: Your hummus and pita with all your other toppings. 8⁄10 Indian: Surprisingly not bad at all. They provide fresh naan with lamb and butter chicken. Dessert: Everything tastes out of the grocery store. The apple pie is a 5⁄10 — I feel like they never bake it properly but do deserve some points for effort. Service: 9⁄10; our server was managing a whole area to herself and was able to serve each table accordingly. ___ For $ 20 a person and unless you go to Tims in the food court — this place is one of the only places that will fill you up.

The negative part of this restaurant is the WAIT. Oh goodness, the wait is just torturous. We waited around 45 mins for a booth, which is outrageous considering there were a lot of open booths here. Once we did get seated, the waitress was very ‘meh’ she clearly was not happy or attentive. She literally gave no ‘f’s’ when we tried to ask for something she’d walk by and ignore us. We didn’t really care, we were there to eat and enjoy ourselves. The food selection here is pretty good, there is a lot of variety. Don’t expect a lot of food but the food they did offer was satisfying. No sashimi/Japanese food other then some veggie rolls and whatever they feel like making that day. There were a lot of different cuisines such as indian, italian, mediterranean, and Canadian. The sections we liked the most was the italian and dessert of course haha! We love our sweets yum! Would come back if we couldn’t decide on a restaurant next time we visit Niagara.

I like the place I don’t care what anyone else says, plus if you get a window seat you get a fantastic view of the Falls! Expect long lines on weekend night during prime time, but they are pretty good at trying to move people through. I enjoyed the selection of seafood they had on Friday night. Note seating limit is 90 minutes but i doubt they really enforce that unless it gets too busy

Went on a Saturday night. This place has 2 manned stations: a seafood(mussels, tiny shrimp, salmon, onion ring looking calamari) and meat(prime rib or ham). They have a good selection of about 16 salads, 2 soups, and mediocre 16 different dishes. Variety is not great. Of the 16 dishes on offer many were fluff(Mac n cheese, chicken nuggets, freezer aisle pierogies, two types of rice, mash potatoes, baked potatoes) If you have been to the Mandarin you will be very disappointed with the quality here. Dessert had fruit, many cakes, some donuts, nothing special. Chocolate fountain was a nice touch. Oh did I mention the bill? $ 39.95+tax Yeah … Go to the Mandarin. Its nearby. Kids eat free here and yeah lots of kids running around… But with that price you are not getting anything free really. Staff was very nice. Its not their fault. It just felt like good people working with cheap ingredients. Seafood chef was very entertaining. Would not go again.

Best buffet deal in terms of quality and price I’ve seen in a long time. This is definitely more worth it than eating at the other surrounding hotel restaurants. We stayed at the Hilton and had discount vouchers for other restaurants but after looking at the selection of this buffet, my bf and I knew we were in for a treat. We arrived around 6:30 and the line up was insane, I think we waited close to an hour — but by the time we were done eating around 8, there was nobody. So either go early in the day or past dinner time to avoid the long wait. As others have mentioned, the concept is a bit odd, but speeds things up as you pay in advance. Get the free Players Advantage Card from the casino before eating here as you’ll pay 21 $ a person instead of 25 $. I thought I was going to tip at the table but after inquiring with the server, it seems like it was all included, or perhaps I should have tipped at the cash when I first walked in — this was unclear. Now for the food — Everything I tasted was delicious and there’s so many choices! I loved the salad bar, there were lots of fresh cocktail shrimp, and anything you can think of to make a decent salad including quinoa and couscous assortement. The cesar dressing tasted very similar to Renee’s, it’s thick and creamy with a good hint of garlic. There’s also grated parmesan and a couple other cheese choices with cold cuts like prosciutto. I was surprised to see some Indian dishes — the butter chicken and samosas were very tasty and at par with other Indian restaurants I’ve been to. There’s some chinese, your usual eggrolls and rice, but there are also steamed dumplings which I rarely see outside of Dim Sum restaurants. I also loved the variety of desserts — there’s a soft serve ice cream machine where you can create your own sundaes, all kinds of cakes, mousses and cookies, lemon meringue pie, apple pie, etc. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to sample it all — Grand Buffet was a highlight of my little vacation. I wish I could have stayed longer but there is a 90 min maximum for each table. I would love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone.

3.5 being generous rounding it to a 4. I didn’t want to try this place due to the reviews, but a fellow i ran into at the casino said this buffet was really good and world renowed. So I gave it a try. Without the PAC it was $ 25 for dinner, plus $ 2 tip which was $ 27 for a dinner buffet. PRETTYEXPENSIVE if you ask me! With the PAC it was $ 21 plus tip so $ 23. The concept was a bit odd. First you line up just to pay in advance(so you also tip in advance) and they give u a slip saying u tipped x– amount and you give it to your server.(50 minute line…)Once u finish lining up to pay, you wait a little line to get a table.(5 minutes) The food stations are divided by ethnic group. There was a –canadian comfort food station, consisted of maple pork chops, potato wedges, southern fried chicken(it was ok) and other stuff i can’t remember. –middle east, consisted of shawrma beef, the toppings, samosas(Which were pretty damn good!), tandoori chicken(also very tender and juicy!), curry lamb, sausages –asian, consisted of general tsao chicken(actually good), dim sum(it was ok), noodles, beef, vegetables, rice –japan, sushi –italian, ricotta ravioli(it was ok, but i kept going for more, haha), penne pasta, pesto veggie pizza(these were really good! i think this was where i got my money’s worth), marinara pizza(it was ok), regular cheese pizza, ham/cheese/olives station –other stuff– salad bar, roast beef station with gravy n mash, steamed mussels and clam(they were TINY), the crusted bass was soooo good, the salmon was also good. fish cakes were ok, soups were minestrone(very good) and potato chowder(i was too full to try it) –desserts– big variety, very good! unlimited pop, juice, coffee etc, just non-alcoholic. You can take your drink out to the casino after your meal! Overall i’d come back AFTER i sign up for a PAC cause $ 27 is a lot for dinner. The variety is pretty good, food is ok to pretty good, service sucked since they know they already have your tip. give it a try

TIP: Come early for the dinner buffet as you should expect to wait anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour for a seat — I’ve seen the line-up and it’s scary! LoL The buffet has its pro’s and con’s but overall the experience is okay for me since I enjoy having variety anyway. I normally come here for lunch and the options are quite light. I like that they can make you pasta on the spot with the ingredients they have but last time I found the pasta to be a little over al dente and the white alfredo sauce was just a tad on the salty side — other than that the cook was very friendly and kept the pasta on the gas stove for a sufficient amount of time to keep it warm for me! During lunch hour they will guard off some parts of the buffet since they’re not serving anything there until dinner time. They have some great placement of booths — great amount of seating available with a window view or for groups. This place seems great for kids and just in general a nice place to have some food and have a good conversation while relaxing before hitting up Cliffton Hills or the casino. The dessert area is great — I absolutely love loveloveeee their tiramisu in a bowl — I normally come back with 2 at a time cause UGHSODAMNGOUDAAA! I only wish they had crème brûlée because my GOD I would go ham on that! Their peach cobbler was also great-tasting with some ice cream that you can control yourself near that general dessert area and many options for cake. I hope one day to come here for dinner and experience some of the other foods they have going on here. I think I’ve also come here for breakfast but the memory’s a little vague. I will definitely come back though since who DOESN’T love buffets?!

Not the best buffet, but not the worst. For $ 20.00 even I filled up on roasted beef, oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and dessert. Drinks are free too but don’t forget to tip. Food is basic. Sausage and onions, periogies, schnitzel, noodle stir fry that could use more sauce. There’s also a cold salad bar where a lot of people eat shrimp and mussles. Star dish: the jalapeño corn bread was tasty. Didn’t try the beef chili though. Not bad for $ 20. I don’t think you can get this much food and variety for cheap around here.

I have been here for several times, but this time the buffet was the best. Maybe because ten years celebration. We got non-limits carb legs, oysters, shrimps, ribs and lobster soups. Even the desserts are of great variety.

Since ihop is super overpriced for breakfast we decided to try out the buffet at the Fallsview casino instead. $ 20/person is VERY cheap for a buffet so I was definitely down to try it out. We arrived around 11:30 and was disappointed that they have began serving lunch. I expected the food to be amazing after seeing the long line up the night before. However, I was so disappointed with the taste and quality of the food. The majority of the food items had seafood in it which my boyfriend didn’t like. Everything I tried was below average with the exception of the roast beef being average. The sushi and«sashimi» looked terrible from far away. We would have to agree that the dessert was the«best» items at the buffet. Although it’s pretty cheap for a buffet the food quality was terrible. I’d rather go somewhere else next time and just pay more for a better meal.

Two adults, tip not included for dinner: $ 40.02USD. INTOIT. It was not the best buffet food, and it was not the worst. Shit was open till 11:00pm on the Friday night we went — bonus. You get some pretty views of Niagara Falls, although it varies depending on where you’re seated. We weren’t seated near the Falls side, but near the ferris wheel. Good enough for me, already had my fill of Niagara. When you first walk in, you think their buffet selection is impressive and then you realize it’s sort of doubled up — same stuff on both sides. A little bit of a bummer, and their sushi was… some of the weakest buffet sushi I have ever seen. They had a hot carving station with pork and beef and a stir fry station, and you better bet your ass I made myself a little pork sandwich with some gravy dip. For comparison — the Borgata dinner buffet in Atlantic City is something like $ 65 after taxes, not including tip, and shuts down by 9:00pm on a Friday. That is some weak shit, for that price point and for the Borgata. For $ 40, this is exactly what it should be — nothing more, nothing less.

This was the absolute worst casino buffet I have ever been to in my life. This is compared to the USA — Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Reno, Maryland and Delaware(Yes, I go to casinos alot). The WORST. $ 20 for dinner — not worth it at all. We waited in line for god knows how long to find out they literally only had like 8 items on their buffet, only 2 that I could really keep down. If you have been to US casino buffets you know we like our meat, our seafood and our salad options. The salad ingredients were awful. The cucumber was so old and wet, I even spotted mold on it. The other toppings were also wet and had been sitting out way too long. The only meat they had was roast beef and it was decent. The only seafood they had was mussels and shrimp cocktail. The shrimp cocktail was SALTY. You could tell they literally drenched the shrimp with salt to keep it from going bad. It was awful. I couldn’t eat it without puckering my lips each time. The mussels were blah. The entire dinner — I pretty much only ate cauliflower. And even that was smothered in butter that I had to stop eating it. There was NOTHING else that I could say was decent. The only thing they had that was decent was the dessert bar. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth but I liked the rice pudding. Service was good. I give them that. Food-wise they need to reconsider how much they are charging people for the food they are providing. Seems like they are better for breakfast based on the reviews.
