They’re a little pricey, but considering it’s NOTL that’s not really a surprise. The food’s good here, though. I had lemon meringue pie here while my lunch buddy ordered a meatloaf dish, which I tasted as well. Yum! I’d recommend this place if you have little kids. There’s nothing overly spicy that I remember, and the menu was pretty simple, but filling. It’s also quieter than other place on NOTL.

Simple and unpretentious, tucked away at the back of the Irish Shop. Worth looking for. The food is good, service friendly and the patio at the back was a pleasant surprise. Prices initially may seem a bit high, but entrees include choice of two salads and the quality of everything is good — it all seemed fresh and house-made — so good value. Lots of gluten-free options, including an impressive selection of desserts. Would definitely visit again.

We stopped here for lunch on the way to Niagara Falls and ordered cheese and broccoli quiche and shepherd’s pie. Both were delicious and gluten free! The prices were decent. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

Nothing fancy but as you would expect, wholesome comfort food served with a smile. I had the steak pie with beet salad and broccoli salad(all entrees come with 2 salads) both of which had creamy dressing, which I didn’t expect but I could have checked. Pie was tasty. Service excellent! Skipped the coffee because it was drip.

We had the Chicken and Leeks pie with a small greens salad in light lemon vinaigrette dressing and locally made Beets with a balsamic vinaigrette flavor this Tea was a real find. {*_*}

My wife and I always visit here when we visit NOTL. It’s small and quaint and all their deserts are gluten free and some are dairy free. Nice atmosphere and a great place to relax and enjoy a good snack. It’s attached a nice Irish shop that seeps clothing, music and other assorted items from Ireland. Worth the stop in.

On a rainy summer Saturday we came in to check out the merchandise at the store and stumbled on this enchanted little gem. The Americano coffee and the coconut cheesecake to die for. Real Irish smiles free with service Thanks from Robb Freiman & group

3 Stars. What a great spot. I will review the restaurant at the back of the store because I didn’t really take much interest in the rest of it. The place is great. If you are looking for Gluten Free options this place has a ton. In fact, almost ALL of the items are in fact gluten free. As my wife is this, it was a great place to visit and get a great dessert. The other thing this place has is decent coffee. Apart from a couple chain coffee places in NOTL there isn’t much great coffee around. Being a coffee nut myself I had to try and it wasn’t as bad as it could have been. In fact it was surprisingly good. Thanks to the reviews on here I chose to come to this place and thank goodness I did. It was great. That’s it.

Quaint atmosphere, lovely patio, small but delicious menu. Wonderful and kind staff. A surprising abundance of gluten free and vegan menu items. I heartily recommend the Irish Tea Room and bring all my visitors here for lunch. Wish it was open for dinner as it’s affordable and tasty — hard to find in NOTL.

Lovely quaint place. I was afraid that it might turn out to be a tourist trap but it was good. One of the best scones in a long time. The salmon cutlet was good but it little less potato and bit more salmon would be wonderful, the beet root salad tossed in yogurt was good. Irish tea is just black tea, from India or Sri Lanka but it hit the spot at 4pm. Good friendly staff and a passionate owner, she is the chef too. Brought back some of the scone mix they sell, will be happy if it turns out half as good as the ones there.

Yes this place has a quaint little tea room in the back but lets not fail to mention the wonderful store that you walk through to get to the tea room! They carry everything from Irish cable knit sweaters and rugby style tops to Guinness pint glasses. If it’s Irish, they have it! I didn’t dine in the tea room as it was nearly full but the menu looked inviting with healthy options for a lighter fare.

This place is a must. Fresh food, big portions. There were five of us and we all tried different things on the menu and none of us were disappointed. Very good food. Bonus if you need gluten free food as they have many delicious options. The desserts alone are worth the trip. Be sure to try the Banoffee pie!

Enjoyed the many gluten free menu items. Small, friendly and recommended for lunch or lighter snack or tea.
