The clerk tried to overcharge me by $ 50, and came up with some lies to justify the extra costs. I had to call Rogers directly and get them to tell the clerk that he was lying.
Also, these guys charge 30% restocking fee, unlike Rogers corporate stores. Even when you try to return an unopened phone, they will take a 30% cut. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!
The clerk also doesn’t get off his phone and is very impolite. Really bad experience here.
