Vanessa is the real deal. She is life long hair dresser. From a very young age she began, part time, sweeping up at her mother’s salon. There was no doubt in her mind what she wanted to be when she grew up. After a long and fruitful tenure as an employee, she is on her own at Discovery Spa & Salon.
I bring my entire family to see her. She is fantastic. I never have to tell her «what I want». She knows me and she knows hair. I often get something a little different but never a BAD CUT.
I highly recommend VANESSA.
Sandwiched between a pet store and a computer store, its a little hard to find. Tge place is modern but needs a few minor updates. I am told this is in the works. I’ll update with photos as this comes to pass.

I go to discovery spa religiously to see Darlene for my nails. She is very talented at what she does. She makes the time I am there really fun. Very personable. Great at nail art. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Great local spa! I had a mani/pedi and felt completely pampered and relaxed! Both Tamara and Ada were wonderful… they were professional and very experienced. This is a step above other nail salons (of similar prices) I have been to recently; my treatments weren’t rushed and the atmosphere the shop was very fun (but completely relaxing in my private room). This was my first visit to the spa and I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for a new spot.
