Gervais-​Brulhart told CBC News that his bosses said they would «cut his [Dearman’s] head off» and that «they’re going to slit our throats and murder us.»
The former employees have filed complaints with police and the Employment Standards Branch of B.C. While the police investigation continues, Jeff Kacmarek, vice-​president of Domino’s marketing and product development, told CBC News the company had cut ties last week with the operators because of «a number of violations.»

Had a awful delivery experience Sunday October 26th. Pizza took over a hour (I live 3 blocks away I swear I’m not lazy it was Sunday funday) it was cold when it got here and they forgot my chicken wings– big fail. I emailed to let them know how disappointed I was about the whole experience as I have ordered from this location before and it has never been like this. Today I get a phone call from the manager apologizing for my experience and offering a free large pizza to make up for my awful experience! happy with how they made up for a poor experience and look forward to my free pizza and to still wanting to give them my business in the future. Will post picture later!

They always get my pizza, hot, fresh and very fast to me whenever I’ve ordered online. And they’ve never gotten my order wrong either. As to the other reviewer, I’m not sure how you order a pizza «well done», it’s pizza, not a steak! I highly recommend Domino’s Pizza!

You guys need to seriously follow Instructions. I clearly said online I wanted my pizza well done! It didn’t arrive well done and then I told your delivery person to bring this complaint to your attention and off course you don’t care because you never called me back! This is the 2ND time this has happened in your location. The first time the manager finally called me back after numerous messages!!! And this time nothing!!! Seriously guys get it together! Read instructions and learn and understand customer service!!!
