Exactly, methinks not because I tried to get a quote and it took 2.5 days for a response. When I finally did get a quote I got was 40 bucks shy of $ 2000 for an 800 pound estimate. First, only pets have approx 800 lbs to move but if you are human and live in a one bedroom apt you will need a proper estimate closer to minimum 1500 lbs (I sent an itemized list). I can just imagine what the final bill would have been. Wanted to love because of the reviews but I’ll pass.

Extremely overpriced. You pay them by the hour and they were going to slowly as possible. Even to the point of hiding! Then when you pay the exorbitant fee they laugh at you and say you are a sucker.

They were unable to assist my needs, however, they get 5 stars simply on communication. Compared to the other companies that I’ve inquired about my needs, these guys had the courtesy to not only respond within the same business day but also pointed me in the right direction. They were extremely polite to me on the phone. I am a huge advocate with proper communication and customer service. Bad customer service is a pet peeve of mine, therefore, when someone offers good customer service even if the first stage is inquiry I will recognize that positively.

One of the best moving companies I’ve ever hired!
I was looking for a moving company a few months ago and found this through the BBB website. This company charges either by a flat rate (4 hours) and per hour depending on your present to future living arrangement.
They showed up on time and worked really fast and was able to move my stuff in a few hours. They didn’t damage either of the buildings but one of my table legs came off when they transported it to my new place. They offered to repair my table and have me pick it up when it was fully fixed.

Super impressed!
By far the best movers i’ve ever hired. They showed up on time, worked quickly with no breaks & no slacking. I was amazed by how fast they worked, and how much they got done in just a few short hours.
No damage to furniture or either of the buildings. They actually came in $ 20 under the estimate.
