The pizza slices are $$$ compared to other pizza by the slice places that are all over town. I do not mind paying $$, however, made the mistake of coming here out of desperation and an empty stomach. They open late which is what they have going for themselves. They use weird spices in their crust that really has no business being in a pizza in the first place. Customer service was friendly.

We were looking for places still open after it got dark and this was one of the only places open aside from the few bars that were still open. They were about to close in a few minutes when we walked in and I told my friends to rather rush the guys to make a completely fresh pizza, to just choose from the stuff that was already available. There was four of us so we were able to make a whole pizza of eight slices which the guy behind the counter suggested as it would make it cheaper than buying eight separate pieces. The place was reasonably clean and actually kind of quaint. It would be kind of cute to site by the windows facing the street and watch the passersby if we had sat and ate. Instead we took the pizza back to our hotel. The pizza was worse than Little Caesars in the U.S. The pizza here was terrible. It was edible but it was completely lacking in sauce. There was zero sauce. None at all. So if you’re in the mood to eat bread with cheese and scant toppings on it, then this is your place. We were actually still hungry afterwards. Maybe it was the timing of when we went to get the pizza or the items we selected but I probably wouldn’t go here again with all the other pizza choices available. I guess you get what you pay for as the pizza was about $ 8.50CAD or about $ 7USD. One positive is that they had a guy on a specially modified bike making deliveries and I thought his delivery bike was cool.

I went in to this place today with 15 minutes between my appointments. The power was out and had been for about ten minutes. The guy behind the counter explained that the pizza wasn’t super hot and he had no way of ringing in a purchase. He offered me a free slice because of the inconvenience. I was rushed and starving so I gratefully accepted. Next time I’m in the area, I will be stopping there for lunch! Thanks so much

This review applies too all locations: All locations of fresh slice are the same for me. Staff is friendly and it’s a quick grab in go lunch for a cheap $. The only thing that bugs me is that the quality. It doesn’t taste fresh and when the staff goes to warm your slice, they only stick it in the oven for less then 10sec. so it isn’t very warm when I go to eat it. I once stopped in and got a small pizza to take home and same issue. It’s cold. Defiantly makes you feel that majority of their products are frozen. So basically despite having the word«fresh» in their name, don’t expect it to be fresh.

I’d like to give it 3.5. The location was perfect for a quick lunch for me while I was attending a course at the nearby marine campus. I came in for the two slice combo with a bottled pop that came to a little over $ 5. I’m a pretty big guy and the two slices were just the right size to fill me up without feeling heavy. I tried a slice of Hawaiian and a BBQ Chicken. Both were good and not too greasy. The ingredients were not top quality but still really good considering the price point. My only concern was that the food was not very hot… maybe Luke warm at best. It seemed like it was getting busy just before lunch and the guy was making a few new pies, so I don’t imagine they hold them under the lamp for too long, but it could still be very much a food safety issue. The staff was very friendly as I have found most of the businesses in this area to be. I would go back, but it might not be my first choice.

Headed in for a quick pizza fix. The price was good and I was hoping the pizza would be also after all it looked busy. The guy behind the counter was friendly. The finished product looked and tasted like a supermarket frozen pizza. Disappointed.

Yes, pizza joints are everywhere. HOWEVER. this specific one is a score. It is near my work so a great location, great price, great selection, and always FRESH, as the name says. The staff has always been friendly and pleasant, I believe it is family owned(franchise). Bonus feature is that you can actually use your debit card with no adittional fees(as many other little places charge a stupid fee if under $ 5). Great little place to feed that mid afternoon craving.
