I love how not busy park royal is compared to other malls. I can shop in peace and avoid line ups. I agree with the previous review… the staff at this h&m aren’t great in their customer service skills but meh. There’s so many great deals to find at h&m that I don’t mind.

I don’t visit Park Royal often so it was a surprise when I saw an H&M here, which originally opened in Oct 21st, 2010. I came in about 90 minutes before closing on a Wednesday night, so the mall wasn’t too busy. However, upon entering the store I was not greeted at all and instead semi-watched by the workers. Everything I touched they had to re-touch it, even though I barely moved the item. I’ve worked in retail before and I understand the pains of re-folding items after you’ve perfected your area for closing; however, glaring at a customer doesn’t offer much shopping comfort. Lost my interest to buy that cute bunny dress, pale pink skinnies, and brown bucket bag… Maybe next time I visit will be during a more busy time where I don’t feel like a bull in a china shop. Anyways, this H&M is much smaller than the Pacific Centre or Metropolis H&M but you can still find trendy items you need at an affordable price. From coloured skinny jeans for $ 40 to jewelry of all sorts to pastel blazers for $ 35 to shoes, pumps, flats to vintage dresses $ 30 – 40 to purses to long knit sweaters $ 10 – 30, etc… There is also a men’s clothing area upstairs.
