Milestones, hands down, has one of the best prime ribs that I have ever had anywhere. Some people might think of The Keg when you want to go out for prime rib, but there’s does not hold a candle to the quality and flavor of Milestones. I also recommend the popcorn shrimp and the corn chowder is almost a worthwhile meal in it’s own right. One down side is they seem to have some dishes on the menu that they put very little care into. My friend ordered the chicken burger which when compares to other meals on their menu was bland and very uninteresting. It can be a little pricey and is not a place if you are looking for a cheap mean out.

So I did drop by this Milestone’s with a gal who used to work here, which means our excellent service was likely a tad more attentive than the norm. Overall I definitely enjoyed the lively, muted atmosphere of this Milestone’s. It feels far more polished than the location on West 4th, especially. The four cheese burger was delightful. But hey, goat cheese, feta, and cheddar? Who is going to complain.(P.S. Cheese no. 4 is skimmed mozzarella.) My friend thoroughly enjoyed her butternut squash ravioli and the yam frites were, of course, a favorite all around. I wouldn’t head to this Milestone’s, or the chain in general, in particular. But if I needed a recommendation for someone who falls into that flush-with-cash, I-like-my-food-cooked, kinda trendy, and unadventurous bracket, I’d point them here.
