absolutely amazing! Moe was a great helper! he was very friendly, and extremely patient especially with my indecisiveness. We went through a number of frames before we found one that fits just perfect. They have a wide selection of great brands like Gucci, Kate Spade, Oakley, ray bans, Versace etc… and if they don’t have what you want they will try everything to get it for you. excellent customer service. There was even tea and a massage chair that you can use while you wait for your doctor’s appointment. The doctor was great too! I definitely recommend them and will definitely go back. check out their website: I booked my doctor’s appointment online! super convenient!

Didn’t mind the service I got the during the first visit. It was ok enough from the front desk clerk and the doctor. It was the 2nd visit that tainted the whole experience. Clearly, I knew they had gotten my prescription wrong and I even stuck it out for at least a day even if my head felt like it was being pounded by a jack hammer as soon as I wore the pair for the first time. All the clerk could say is «it’s the right prescription and it takes a while to adjust.» I guess what I was looking for was giving me the benefit of the doubt that I was uncomfortable. He could have been more accommodating at least. When I decided to come back the next day(didn’t wait for a couple days to adjust as it hurt so much), to sum up a long story, the doctor made me feel like it was my fault that I «wasn’t honest in giving answers during the eye test,» that I «hesitated which option was clearer.» When was it my job to be the eye expert? When we finally got a good combination as I wore the test funny-looking eye glasses(a step he skipped the first time because he said I was young enough to adjust), he laughed at the fact that it was such a small difference compared to the grade he gave initially to me. I guess he implied he was finding it amusing, that that mattered at all. I said,“so what if it’s small, shouldn’t my comfort in wearing the glasses be what’s important, all things considered?” To sum it up, I gave them feedback about the product they gave me, BUTTHEYMADEMEFEELUNCOMFORTABLEINASKINGFORSOMETHINGTHATACTUALLYWORKSANDISWORTHWHAT I PAIDFOR. The two of them DIDN’T MAKEITEASYFORME. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Sure I got them to re-do the glasses, but I WILLNEVERGOBACKTOTHATPLACEEVERAGAIN.
