Wow what an awesome spot! We are from California where juice bars are a religion. Local Lift has it all, great smoothies and bowls plus they have lots of options for hot breakfast too! Definitely check it out and enjoy!

Unlike most my experience was relatively positive, however, I didn’t have a huge commitment to this place as others have. I just came here to get a smoothie. It was $$$ I will admit, more than I am used to paying for what it is. I needed something healthy and on the run since I was in the area. Customer service was okay. More of a grab and go situation.

Good products but pricey. Not sure if everything is organic or not — if so then price would be competitive. If not, then not worth it.

Local Lift Juice Bar in North Vancouver recently had a 3 day juice cleanse deal for $ 79 for 18 bottles of fresh pressed juice, herbal teas. $ 20 bottle deposit was requested afterwards because I wasn’t picking up the juices daily. I have always loved detoxing and resetting my body for a healthy start. Local Lift Juice Bar 3 Day Juice Cleanse Consists of: 18 jars of fresh juices in mason jars 3 lemons(1 for each day) 3 cups of master cleanse mixture(12 oz cup each) a bunch of spirulina tablets(2500 mg) herbal tea bags I have done a few juice cleanses. Comparing the prices and quality of the juice cleanses itself, I have to say my favorite is still The Juice Truck and The Juicery Co. I will pay $ 195 no problem. I DIDNOT enjoy this juice cleanse form Local Lift Juice Bar at all. Let my tell you why. *Inconsistency and quality of each bottle *No instructions for the juice cleanse *No labels of ingredients *Packaging(or lack thereof) *Healthy and safety concerns The problem with this juice cleanse is that it comes with no instructions. There are no description that comes with any of the juice bottles. No ingredients labeled. I am not interested to visit their website and research what I am drinking in a «liquid facial» juice. That is silly. I asked if there was«a specific order I should consume this cleanse?» The answer was«it doesn’t matter. Or if you must, drink the greener juices in during the day.» Puzzling. There is no protein like shake, an almond milk or nut mylk mixture. I later found out there are spirulina tablets which acts as a protein replacement. What bothered me the most was the inconsistency of each bottle of juice. The lackluster commitment to produce the best juice cleanse for the consumer. *The juices are not filled to the brim and sealed. *Oxygen promotes oxidization. See above photo. *Some juices had more volume than others. *By day 2, some juices were browning. Master cleanse drinks were packaged in to go paper coffee cups. By the time it arrived home, the cups were mangled inside the red plastic trays. The spirulina tablets were loosely packaged in pastry take out bags. Some were crushed and broken. I simply did not feel very safe taking these pills. There were again no instructions as to how many or how frequently I should be taking there spirulina tablets. I may know what spirulina tablets are. But does an average consumer? Again, there were no instructions or descriptions what these pills are. If you are wondering. Spirulina tablets are blue green algae, 100% natural highly nutritious micro salt water plant. Spirulina contains rich vegetable protein. Spirulina health benefits include a boost to the immune system, improved digestion, controls appetite and contains a wide range of minerals. I could not complete the juice cleanse from The Local Lift Juice Bar simply because I did not feel that it was a cleanse. I simply drank the juice as a orange juice drink, beet juice drink or whatnot. Other facts about The Local Lift Juice Bar juice cleanse: *The juice cleanse does not come with any packaging. *The bottles were provided in plastic trays. *$ 20 bottle deposit required for the 3 day juice cleanse. *Pick up only. No delivery available. I do not recommend this as juice cleanse or meal replacement. However, it may be a deal if you are looking for some fresh juices for normal consumption.

Its RAWWWWWWWWWWWWW you donkey!!! Damn the raw burger here is great. I just started working a second job near Parkgate, and I see all my colleagues with smoothies and juices from this place, so I had to find it. Of course I picked today, when its thunder and lightning and pouring rain, which doesnt exactly warm you to the idea of cold raw food. I almost had a toasted chicken and brie on cranberry sourdough there… but no… the madame behind the counter convinced me I should try the raw burger. Glad she used her mistress ways on me, as it was glorious. I also ordered a «ABC Elevation» juice which consisted of fresh pressed apple, beet, carrot, spinach, lemon, and ginger. pretty dang good(and no sign of the shortcuts the other previous reviewer spoke of). I feel like I made some good choices today… maybe now I can justify some peanut butter oreos… Uhoh its an hour later and I think I want another burger… RAWWWR

a cute little place in parkgate village that serves juices, smoothies, baked goods and some raw food and snacks, like tao café’s kale chips(and i’m pretty sure their raw burger patty). i LOVE tao so to be able to get tao treats on this side of town is glorious! i got the raw burger and a small juice for about $ 10! very reasonably priced, though it appears they use non-organic produce. you get what you pay for! i noticed sunrype apple juice being used as a base for a fruit smoothie. if you’re a raw food purist, you may want to stick to the kale chips! they have a stamp card for their drinks but they were out of cards when i asked about it. there were a bunch of sandwiches on offer that may have been vegetarian, though not gluten-free and i don’t recall them looking vegan. there was a quinoa salad with a honey-something dressing that my friend was pleased with and my burger was hearty and fresh. the service was kind of abrupt. my friend had to ask a question twice to get attention and as soon as a familiar family came in, our drinks were pushed towards us so we could get out of the way of conversation, i guess. i didn’t feel welcomed into the place but my interest in what they’re doing is welcoming enough! i believe they recently opened up, like at the beginning of summer, and i look forward to checking them out again!
