In the beginning there was food. the quality of food in terms of preparation and ingredient character has such a wide range. The portly chef has embraced this principle. The utmost care goes into each and every dish. West coast product and a delighful combinations of french and asian styles has resulted in a menu that we truly feel proud to serve. Truth.

Where to begin. Jeff Batt has a passion for food. His flavour profiles are unmatched. I need to hold him back from changing the menu weekly. most recently he has come from larger corporate restaurants. This is the reason we decided to open an intimate 40 seater. Back to the roots. He has opened ambelside, the village bistro, and marine drive. And that’s just his North Van resume. This is an incredibly exciting project for us, and hope you come down and check it out.
