Every time I go into branch to get rolls of change. They are always out of change.

I hate going into the branch. If I could do everything online, I totally would. That being said, there are Many things that you can’t do online, such as getting foreign currency or opening/​closing an account. This bmo branch is pretty good. Lines are never too long (unlike the TD branch in the same plaza) the staff are all pretty friendly and from time to time the branch manager will come out and randomly survey you to see how things are going.
I’ve opened a us dollar bank account here recently and the gentleman who opened it was friendly, fast and efficient. The whole process took at most 15 minutes. I haven’t had any problems since opening a bmo account two years ago. Keeping those fingers crossed.
