I should preface this review by saying I have not seen the arrangement or will be able to, so I give my rating on the experience only.
The checkout was a snap. It was clear, concise, and efficient.
The website was easy to navigate.
The email updates were helpful and a «just in case» email went out before delivery just in case something was overlooked.
Delivery was prompt.
Communication was professional and pleasant.
Free delivery and no hidden «service charges» or «fees».
Reasonable prices.
It was a colossal pain in the arse with the other big flower delivery sites. I didnt proceed with purchasing from them and I’m already receiving daily junk mail from them both (despite deselecting the update permission box). AND they all quote in USD (even with a .ca domain) which you may not realize until AFTER you click «Place Order».
All in all, I’ve never seen ugly flowers and even if these were, the experience was 2 thumbs up.

My boyfriend sent me flowers from this place. The online ordering made it very simple and he was glad that he had the piece of mind that came with the email confirmation of the delivery. He ordered them from California, so he would have had no way of knowing without potentially ruining the surprise if it weren’t for that. The flowers were absolutely beautiful.
The only complaint I have is that he requested that a note accompany the order. When they printed out his message, the format was horrible. Words were split at the end of almost every line and it was clumsily taped onto the card. A small effort to fix the formatting would have made the amazing bouquet absolutely perfect.

I had a very poor experience with this florist. I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day and the arrangement delivered looked nothing like the photo on the website. The vase in the photo was replaced by an extremely cheap looking vase (no one warned me that they were sold out of the other one) and there were barely enough flowers in there to make it look half full. The arrangement itself looked completely unprofessional and for a $ 65 price tag I am extremely disappointed. When I called the first time to voice my concerns, a lady took down my order number and did not call me back. I had to call back an hour and a half later and although the other lady offered to send another small bouquet to make up for my disappointment, I think this is small consolation. The bottom line is that I would not order from here again, and would not recommend it to others.

Twice now I’ve tried to order online and after entering all of my information, the screen comes up saying that there is a error with my credit card and I am directly to a completely unknown website. I tried calling the number on that site and it doesn’t go anywhere. Strange… and somewhat suspicious.
Both times I called the store to advise them of my issue and both times I was asked if I wanted to place my order over the phone… no, I want the order that I just spent my time placing online to be processed!
Having to do everything twice does not make my life easier.
Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my future business elsewhere.
