Staff is comprised of actual gamers that are passionate about gaming
Many of them have multiple platforms so they can converse in Play station or Xbox language without fear
Sadly the Nintendo brand has fallen down with memories of the old days but they do have staff that can assist based on scheduling
This is the closest you can get to Super Potato in the akihabara district in Tokyo so enjoy!

Not a bad spot. I purchased a refurbished PS3 from here. I called ahead and they put it aside for me, and it was ready when I got there. No problems with the PS3 months later. I think I also bought a used game.
Service was friendly and pretty quick, considering the place was packed with gamers.
