Horrible customer service. Ordered items back on June 2014 and at the time they mentioned that the order will be ready in a month. Then I called a month later, they said they need another two weeks. Then another two weeks. Then another week. Then another week. Then another week.(^n). I have to keep calling and ask for the status and every week they said the same thing — «It will be ready by end of next week». Liar. Three months later, after the school started, the items finally arrived, I went to pick them up. One of the items has some ink on it so I had to return it and asked for exchange. They put me back on the same process again. Called every week, they said it will be ready by end of next week. Today I called again, they said it will be end of next week. I will see. It is four months already, I will see if I hope I will get the items before Decemeber, if not I will ask for refund. What is the point of getting the items when the school year is almost done. In addition to the unacceptable delay of items(which they charged me in full four months ago), their customer service is poor. I emailed them(and use the customer service form online) many times and often there is no response back. Also, one time I was trying to reach the store(on a Sunday afternoon) and their phone line is closed, but the store is opened, in the end, I can’t reach the store, I had to go there in person.
