I have never had such a painful, stressful experience with a millworker in my career as a designer. Everything was done wrong: drawing details not followed, colour of piece NOWHERE NEAR correct (seems they just chose a grey at random instead of following my explicit instructions and exact shade of dark turquoise), no questions asked of me, just delivered and installed wrong without checking. No response to multiple messages to follow up and rectify the situation, client is beyond angry and I get to take the fall. So here I am, writing a negative review. NEVER work with this shop, they were highly recommended by contractor who now admits that nothing he has had them build has ever been 100% correct, and I can’t be more disappointed.
