I have been to La Brisas’s night club a few times now and every time i go i have one of the best nights out. i find the music up to date with today’s hottest Latin and top 40 to keep your feet moving and on the dance floor, i have been to other salsa and other Latin clubs in the past where i have felt out of place and really crammed in like a sardine. this is not the case for La Brisas. Despite the location. the first time i went there i was nervous that i wan’t going to come out alive and the place would be a trashy bar. the place is opposite to what i though! I was pleasantly surprised that the club was clean, well decorated and very spacious. They also have a smoking patio with ample seating to enjoy a smoke or two. I enjoy the fact that it has free parking compared to downtown clubs. the only downfall to that is you have to arrive early cause parking spaces are limited. also i found the drinks to be of an average to low cost compared to pricier clubs in the GTA All and all a good night out!

Visited Las Brisas on a Saturday night for what was supposed to me a more mature audience with a mix of today and yesterday’s classic Latin beats. The mix of crowd was well balanced with a majority being definitely over 35 yrs of age which is great since I can’t stand fighting my way through the 21 year olds hanging out in packs. The music was decent although way too much Reggaeton for a night that was supposed to be classics. I was there with my gf for three hours and in that amount of time they only played three bachata songs which I fund odd since bachata is all the rage at all the Latin clubs. The rest was a mix of Salsa, lots of Cumbia and mostly Reggaeton. No Merengue either which was a disappointment. The other complaint I have is that everything was played faster than normally recorded. Bachata was not meant to be played at +120 bpm, yet it seams that the DJ wanted to maintain a quick beat to everything played. The club itself is well designed and had plenty of room t sit and stand around while not crowding the dance floor. The dance floor is large and centrally located. There are several provate spaces which I didn’t check out, but all seems well deigned and taken care of. Major security both in and outside the club, but then again, this can be a rough area at times.

Been meaning to visit this nightclub for some time. Even on a Saturday night it was still packed. The drinks were a decent price and the music was exactly what I was looking for, The true Latin experience! In addition to heated smoking areas and beautiful décor, they had a wheel to spin where you actually win prizes. Anything from $ 100 to a free drink, pretty awesome and worth visiting soon.

Hey there is a club in the west end? well more like north west. Wait even better a latin club? now I love me some reggaeton so having something close by without having to go downtown, avoid all the Saturday night traffic and having to spend another 20 minutes looking for parking then walk in heels in the cold another 10 min. I didn’t have to do any of that here, because it’s an industrial area there is not just parking available it’s also freeee! Inside the décor is pretty«club-basic», the music is good and the crowd is good. Best nights are Fridays!
