Negligent lawyer. My parents went to him for help with purchasing a business (something completely new to them) because they don’t speak English well and wanted a Vietnamese lawyer and he screwed them over. Did not explain the contract, and communicated mainly through his secretary. My parents only met him face to face once or twice. We had to get another lawyer to help us out and he said Trang has a history of negligence and recklessness and has been fined a couple times, even sued by TD. Also, there’s some sort of update that lawyers have to do every year dealing with new or revised laws and he hasn’t done one in years. Surprised Trang is still a lawyer.
