I found that the girl in the changeroom today was extermely helpful and friendly. and gave me some good ideas on what to choose.
I came home with a sweater for $ 37 and a great pair of pants for the same price. I was disappointed, now that the first time I wear them, there is a defect in the pants.
They also have a great way to bring back customers — buy $ 50 and get a $ 25 card for your next purchase of $ 50+. So basically the next time to come, you’ll get 50% off. I am victim to their marketing ploy.
My favourite, is their changing room wall. There is a place foreverything, including a stand for my phone, coffee cup holder, and hangers for both dresses and pants.
Their stuff may not be top notch quality, but for the price you pay and the styles, it’s not bad.

I love their sweaters. I’ve bought several from them now and they don’t lose their shape or colour over time. I went back today and bought 2 more on sale.
Their downfall is their sales staff. They’re either too obnoxious (how many times do I need to be told about your darn promotion? There are signs EVERYWHERE!) or they act like they don’t care. I literally walked to a change room, tried it on, went back out, got my right size, back to the change room and left without there being anyone to help me.
My friend wanted a sweater that was on a mannequin. The salesgirl let her know it was sold out and that that was the only one left. My friend really wanted it so she asked what size was on the mannequin because she would buy it. The girl said she wasn’t sure if they could do that because it’s the weekend and the store was really busy. I looked around and noticed there was only 10 people in the store total with no line at cash. My friend, already having fallen in love with the sweater, asked if she could at least find out the size of the sweater. She walked off and, not knowing that I could overhear, consulted with another sales associate. The girls discussed that they didn’t want to have to take the mannequin down so they would tell her that they weren’t allowed to sell the last one. Great skills, guys!
If you know what you want and know your size, it’s a great location to get in, get what you want and leave. Don’t expect any special attention though or much help from the staff.
