Established in 1992.
Susan writes with clarity in the areas of corporate communications, public relations and marketing. Business specialties include newsletter and web content, public relations materials, biographical profiles and other custom articles upon request.
Susan also helps businesses deliver their core messages with grace and impact through precision editing of book manuscripts, and she provides coaching on the finer points of the craft of writing.
On the more creative side of the writing world, Susan is the author of «Shades of Teale,» a novel published in 2011, «Passages to Epiphany,» a collection of short stories that came out in 2012, and her newest release «The Write Way: Bcoming a Successful Writer,» a writer’s companion in the fall of 2013 with Manor House Publishing.

Susan Crossman is an author, speaker, editor and coach with decades of experience in helping people use their stories to develop relationships, achieve goals, and generate revenue. She has written business materials for a number of national and international organizations and she works with clarity to provide editing support for people who want to bring a book manuscript to life. As a coach, she draws upon the stories of her own resilience to inspire people to step forward confidently into their own greatness.
Susan’s first published work, a novel entitled «Shades of Teale,» tells the inspiring story of a woman struggling with an abusive relationship. Her second book, «Passages to Epiphany,» is a collection of short stories and creative non-fiction pieces that are themed around the issue of personal awakenings.
A natural story-teller, Susan brings a wealth of understanding and compassion to her work and her dynamic speaking style engages audiences and moves hearts.
