GTA Exotics

Awful service, if you can actually call it that. I tried many times to make a booking, but every time I called it went straight to answerphone. I left messages with my details explaining what I wanted to book, but never got a return call.
I’ve given up trying and am now looking at other businesses for the experience. Don’t waste your time with this outfit.

What an unpleasant experience. We purchased the groupon to drive any of the cars for three laps and we ended up waiting for over an hour and half to drive one of the vehicles (Ferrari). The cars themselves are beautiful but definitely not worth the trip there. The instructor was inpatient and quite patronizing to several people for their lack of driving experience, obviously not everyone there is an expert driver and to get a feel for a car after three laps is quite a waste of time, they will try to upsell you to buy more laps but for exorbitant prices you might as well go rent a Ferrari for a Day with your buddies if you want to really drive one of these cars. I felt I was a piece of chicken on an assembly line being rushed through so they could quickly process me. Do not was your time here it is just not an enjoyable experience.

I concur with the post above. HORRIBLE customer service. It’s really too bad I couldn’t find other competitors to this business, I’d happily have paid a premium to go elsewhere.
While they have a great selection of vehicles, and I’m sure their track days are fun, the level of customer service you get is just rude. To be fair, Stewart was extremely pleasant to deal with, unfortunately, it’s his wife, Sara, who runs the business and she can be a REAL PAIN to deal with. She also insists that she handles all the customer calls, so good luck trying to deal with anyone else but her.
GTA, in the name of good business, please consider changing your attitudes. I am a past customer of yours, and love the idea of being able to rent exotics cars (at a premium price of course), but after the experience I had, I’d rather not give you my money in the future, even if it means not driving cars that I’ve dreamed about throughout my life.
I would HAPPILY pay a premium for dealing with a similar company that has better customer service.

Horrible customer service for rentals, false advertising on their website. I agree with the previous reviewer.
The lady I just spoke to over the phone for the rental service was unbelievably rude. I called asking about a car rental for my wedding day, she sighed and angrily answered back that they «only do 4-​day rentals unless you take a Ferrari or a Lambo» (not so on their website where they do have 1-​day rentals — how am I supposed to guess this?) and that the prices on the website are only valid for «last minute rentals, and I can guarantee you that I won’t have anything last minute for you when you come». Well alrighty then…
I then politely said «Oh ok, well I don’t think that will work for us, thanks anyways…» at which point she immediately slammed the phone down and hung up on me.
