Collaborative Family Law offers a respectful process leading to a personalized separation agreement. Communication, respect and the best interests of your children come first. Negotiate all issues and discuss all options together, with your lawyers providing advice and negotiation support. Receive guidance from neutral family and/or financial professionals, as needed.
If you are considering separation, consider collaborative divorce. It is non-adversarial, non-combative and specifically excludes the possibility of court. Create an agreement that suits your family!
