Great knowledge and excellent range of espresso machines
I have had my Saeco Incanto serviced here twice over the past few years and everything was handled well.
Sadly after eight years of faithful service I have retired the Saeco and have absolutely no hesitation, especially after doing both online and retail location evaluations, in buying my next espresso machine here.

This place has absolutely horrible service. When I took my machine in for a repair they kept it for a month before looking at it. Then they did not return phone calls and would not follow up with me, while keeping my machine the whole time! I will never go back here. Do not get your machine repaired at this place.
