History

Established in 1975.

Margorie has devoted her career to real estate sales since 1975. Margorie Grime is a leading Royal LePage REALTOR in the area, selling a home every 3.6 days. Her activities have consistently earned her top awards.

Dave joined The Grime Team after attending Wilfred Laurier University for four years studying English and Business Administration. Dave brings to the team a great work ethic, sincerity and honesty and combines these attributes with a positive attitude to accomplish his clients goals and follow through until the job is done.

Cathy originally joined the Team as a professional home stager. She obtained her real estate license and now works actively with buyers. She brings determination, dedication and drive to the Grime Team. Her attention to detail is an asset not only in listing preparations, but also in assisting buyers with their potential purchases.
