I’m a seasoned real estate agent from Ottawa, Ontario, with experience in Residential homes, Condos and Multi-​Unit Investment Buildings.

I’ve read statistics which state only 7% of Realtors are capable, educated, and experienced enough to deal in the Multi-​Unit Investment market.

Financial literacy is key to being able to advise clients in the best course of action to take in buying or selling these buildings.

I therefore take the time to educate my Investor clients in the market segment. I show them not only how to «crunch the numbers» but also how to interpret them, whether it is a modest duplex or multi million dollar building.
