My sister sent me a dozen roses purchased from Canaflora, ordered from Toronto. They were to come between 5 and 7pm. They arrived after 9pm looking as though they’d spent part of the day in a hot car. On close inspection, some of the greenery had brown spots, and on day two all but two or three roses looked just about finished. It was not a nice arrangement at all and I feel so sorry my sister wasted her money, but of course I didn’t want to tell her, so here’s hoping this at least prevents others from disappointment.

I ordered flowers from them twice for valentine’s day. The have different shipping options, for a premium it’s guaranteed delivery by 5:00 pm. The first year I ordered from them I elected not to pay the premium and went with their free shipping and was delivered by 12:00 pm. The second year I ordered from them again and because of my experience from the year before, I chose not to pay the premium and went with their free shipping again. Unfortunately the flowers did not arrive by the time my girlfriend left work which is at 5:00 pm. When I called them they apologized and said they did not have enough drivers for that day. They said their driver arrived around 6:30 pm. They promised to deliver it the following day and offered a 30% discount. They followed through with the delivery but I never received the discount. I didn’t want to bother with them again so I just let the discount thing go. The quality of the flowers are ok, I’ve seen better from other places. I gave them 3 stars because I blame the delivery on myself for being cheap and not paying the premium.
