History

Established in 2007.

Essence Catering started in the city of Ottawa’s Hintonburg neighbourhood. It has evolved into Ottawa’s fine food, favorite catering services company by connaisseurs and foodies alike.

With it’s ability to produce perfectly executed and luxuriously presented dishes and bites, Essence Catering flourishes through it’s reputation and clients can’t get enough of the delicious dining experience. We foster a great professional working relationship with all our clients, which we proudly serve season over season, and year over year.

Business Owner

A Cordon Bleu graduate, Chef Jason Laurin has spent over 18 years creating, cooking and talking (and boy, can he talk!) about his passion, all things food. His creations are a part of him and his experiences are found in his food.
