Esso Imperial Oil

This is the worst Esso in Ottawa I think. Staffs here are rude, inefficient, And unprofessional. But I keep coming Esso to get my gas because of the convenient location and, I have bonus points from Hbc reward program. With these points, I could get approximately $ 10-​$ 20 free gas every month and get bonus aeroplan miles at the same time. Over all, I would rather collect my rewards points and redeem them at another Esso station. BTW, the SpeedPass key tags are terrible! It’s hard for me to judge whether I paid or not at a pump. I have to walk inside and pay again like paying by credit! In addiction, this Esso station wrongly charged me twice! The first time was $ 100, and the second time was about $ 20. If I don’t have a habit of checking my credit record regularly, I won’t notice that!
