Established in 1985.

Geoff has consistently been one of the top agents in his office since he started his real estate career 30 years ago. Bobbie has been an award winning RE/​MAX sales associate for over 25 years. She started her career with RE/​MAX in Edmonton and after marrying Geoff moved to Ottawa and they started selling together. Ever since then the McGowan team has consistently been ranked in the Top Ten MLS® in Ottawa and the Top 100 for RE/​MAX sales associate in Canada.

For 30 years, Geoff has been doing something he is passionate about — helping people achieve their real estate dreams. He knows moving can be be a daunting process, so he is always available to help guide and advise his clients every step of the way. Geoff is also an avid pilot, musician and golfer.

Real estate is a family affair for Bobbie. Her parents were successful Realtors® who opened one of the first RE/​MAX offices in Edmonton. She worked with them for 4 years before she married Geoff and moved to Ottawa. Since family has always been the touchstone in Bobbie’s life, she understands how important making the right move is for families. In her spare time, Bobbie loves reading and golfing.
