We are a full service bicycle shop serving Ottawa and the surrounding area. Ottawa is only the 4^th city in Canada to get a Giant Store bike shop. We strive to offer the best customer service in the industry and carry bikes in all categories including road, mountain, city, hybrid, cyclocross, and gravel road. We have a complete section specializing in women’s bicycles and accessories.

History

Established in 2014.

The owners of this business have a combined 60+ years of experience in the bicycle industry. With the proud heritage of the Giant Bicycle Company we aim to provide the best bicycle retail and service experience possible.

Manager

I have been involved in the cycling industry for a number of years and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. I participate very actively myself, doing everything from commuting to work all the way to some fun and casual racing events in a number of different disciplines. Ultimately, myself, and the staff here at Giant Ottawa are here to get people on the right bike with the right equipment. We strive to make this activity fun and accessible to anyone regardless of their goals and previous experience.
