Golden Ratio Tech Solutions (GRTS) was established when the owner, Jody Grenier, decided to take customer service into his own hands and create his very own laptop, printer, IT & computer repair shop in Ottawa.

In 2012, the business was incorporated to better serve its customers and the business was branded for ease of recognition. Although the logo has changed a few times and the business name has changed slightly, we offer the same great bilingual service that our client rely on!

As owner of Golden Ratio Tech Solutions, I strive to make sure all of my Ottawa Valley clients (and beyond) are well taken care of no matter the problem encountered or service performed. I have extensive experience over the last 20 years dealing with all types of laptop, printer and computer repair problems and can always find a solution that works for my clients.
