Great service! I took two pairs of jeans in yesterday to be hemmed. The owner is very nice and pleasant to talk to. I use to drive to Bayshore to get my pants altered, not any more. Highly recommended.

This is a small shop located in the plaza right on hazeldean and terry fox rd in Kanata. Its run by a sweet lady that is welcoming and also very friendly.
I went in to get some pants hemmed and to readjust the buttons on a suit coat. My review will be based on those two things. The pants were hemmed spot on for $ 10. To readjust the suit buttons it was $ 4/​button. After the alterations the buttons were placed poorly and were causing a wrinkle in the fabric. I took it back in and the lady re did them for no charge. After the second adjustment the result is much better but still not perfect, which is unfortunate.
I would say for simpler things like hemming this place is great, but for more complicated things maybe try another place. The service overall is great, the turn around time is 1 to 2 days at most.
