I went to Miele to purchase the top of the line vacuum for my Mom for X-​mas.
The salesperson was the rudest I have encountered (ever)! When I advised him that I wanted complain to Miele, he said: «go ahead, this is a franchise store».
A word of advice: Be prepared to be dealt with rudely.
