Mr. Mozzarella

Stay away from this Restaurant unless you want to waste your money!
I have ordered 50 original baked chicken wings from local restaurant called Mr. Mozzarella from
and they sent in wrong items, the boneless wings (more like chicken nugget, not really boneless wing, and the «nugget» are really dry and taste like leftover). After realizing the wrong items, I contacted the
at online chat and talked to one representative who contacted the restaurant right away. The restaurant admitted their mistake and provide a solution which is 15% off next order (which is ridiculous offer). It is not a bad tasting food, instead, it is a completely wrong items order. I did not accepted because they sent in the wrong items and I insisted on refunding me even he said there is nothing he can do. He said he will follow up to the restaurant on my behalf after the busy hour night for restaurant and I still have not yet heard back anything the next day. I sent a email to
and another representative called me and said she will contact the restaurant right now. She called me back in half hour and said the restaurant refused to make any compensation except the 15% offer. She said she could do 15% on this order and give me as credit but I refused. S

I decided to try out Mr. Mozzarella after receiving a coupon in the mail. This location is fairly easy to find and there is convenient parking as well. The store itself is a little run down, but still looks like a typical pizza place. The options and pricing (pizza, wings, pasta, etc) on chalkboards are incomplete so use their printed menu instead for a full list of options.
I ordered a medium pepperoni, Italian sausage and onion pizza. Sadly, it was pretty disappointing. The pizza ended up as a giant cheese block with a few onions and pepperoni on top. Forget about the toppings, even the sauce and dough were lacking. I don’t think anyone that ate the pizza even tasted a single Italian sausage. We wouldn’t have even minded if it was a good cheese pizza, but the quality of ingredients was severely lacking. The only thing that made up for it was that coupon.
Their regular prices are more expensive that better pizza places like Gabriel’s. I don’t think I’ll be returning again… possibly if you send me another coupon?
