This is an excellent addition to the neighbourhood. The house that it occupies has been nicely renovated and has a country home feel to it. In front are displays of cooking and BBQing accessories and the shelves are lined with preserves, pickles and locally made Salsa. At the back is where the true beauty lies. A counter with the most mouth watering cuts of beef, pork, chicken and sausages. Beyond that is a very large butcher’s table where everything is expertly trimmed and/​or cut to order.
I went with a flank steak for grilling (Last night) and a fine piece of Brisket (for tomorrow). The flank Steak was amazing. I can hardly wait to get to work on the Brisket.
