I purchased a Groupon for the VIP detailing package. It cost $ 129 but it’s for a package that technically costs $ 269.
SERVICE
To start with, booking the appointment was more difficult than it should of been. I had to reschedule the appointment once so that meant dealing with them over the phone maybe more than other people would but each time I did, I was put on hold for long periods of time and they always had trouble tracking down my information.
DETAILING?
There is a long list of things that the VIP package is supposed to include. I’ll give them points on the carpet cleaning as the few salt stains I had in the front were gone and as that was the main thing I was hoping for I’m happy for that.
However, cleaning the seats was more of a miss as a stain on the drivers side remained. Same for the carpet in the trunk which, while damp, didn’t look any different from when I brought it in. The rest of the carpets in my car were already spotless so there really wasn’t anything for them to do.
Likewise, the package includes ‘dash wipe down’ and ‘vinyl/​door conditioning’. While the top of the dash looks like it was dusted, my instrument gauge wasn’t touched at all (I could tell due to some grime on the dash that was still there). The inside of my doors weren’t touched at all and that really didn’t impress me as I had some stains on the material of the armrests and some salt stains on the speaker grills which I guess I will now have to clean myself.
Finally, the service was supposed to include the windows being cleaned inside and out but it looks like it was just on the ‘out’.
All in all, I wasn’t overly impressed with their ‘detailing’. For the cost of the Groupon ($ 130) I guess it was okay but I’d definitely would be more upset though if I had paid full price ($ 270).
Looks like I will try another place next year.

Been brining my car here for years. I have gotten everything from auto detailing, repairs, breaks emissions tests here. Service is good always seem to be busy but still manage to fit you in even with short notice. I like this place I will keep bringing my car here.
