Okay, I know — how dare I put Pizza Pizza on Unilocal.Pizza Pizza Inc. is the antithesis of the local, working-​man pizza joints that I should be reviewing. But honestly, after visiting SO many independent pizza places, it was nice to go to a place where you knew what you would get, where you would pay low prices and where they had a fricken debit machine. Look, Pizza Pizza had slices available and a variety of them — not just some pepperoni ones left over from the lunch rush. They even had calzones ready for snacking. And the prices were actually good. I got an XL hawaiian for only $ 15. Sometimes the quirkiness of local, small time places (no slices, no debit payments) can be a pain. And, Pizza Pizza has that easy-​to-​recall number when you are desperate…
