Shepherd’s Fashions

This shop is always intriguing… this outlet used to be in the Bayshore Mall, but closed 18 months ago (or 3 years, depending who you talk to), and they moved to the Train Yards outlet to open what they call their «flagship store». I’ve never been there, myself.
What I do like about this store is their potential: they offer really different and unique pieces here, upscale, and definitely not your typical off the rack clothing!
However, you pay for this here. I don’t mind paying extra, every once in a while.
What I really did not like during this visit: my experience was not wonderful. One clerk actually told me to go shopping at their Train Yards outlet, for the fashion shows! What are you telling me, Lady? Either I have no style (I do; you’re wrong), or this outlet will not have fashion shows! Regardless, there is enough space for fashion shows in this store. I think they were not quite ready to stage them on opening day… No wonder! It was crazy in the mall on that day!
So, my rating sits on the fence for now. My experience here was neither fabulous nor terrible. I found a few items I liked but not well enough to try on, and I didn’t buy anything this time. Not so good for an outlet mall! I will try them again at least once more to see if I can find something at a more affordable price, and will also hopefully find a clerk who is happy to see me at this Tanger Outlet Mall location, without sending me to the other side of the city!!! After all, there’s a reason I shop here…
