A guy named Sebastian let me in the door to the office, disgruntled. I guess I went to the wrong door of their office (which had no sign as to which was the right door to enter — VERY odd). He seemed genuinely bothered that I would actually stop in looking for insurance. Needless to say, after leaving I got my insurance elsewhere — AllState farther up the road. They welcomed me in, gave me a Timmies gift card for having to wait, and set me up within 30 minutes with car insurance.
