Arrogant shop owner. Beware of size guarantee. If you are buying a size up because the item is on sale you may end up paying full price anyway. Purchased my daughter Bogs on sale at this store. I purchased them a couple sizes up for winter. The sales clerk assured me that if they didn’t fit they offer a size guarantee and would exchange them by a certain date. I felt comfortable purchasing the boots out of season for the next season. My daughter didn’t grow as much as I thought she would during the summer so I went back to West End Kids and took them up on their size guarantee. Lucky me they had the exact same Bogs, same pattern in the size I needed. As I went to pay I was informed that the sale was over and I had to pay the difference. I had my girls with me and I didn’t want to make a scene. So I politely explained why I felt that was unfair. The store owner became very rude and spoke to me very badly. Told me she’s been in business for 20 years and I misunderstood the size guarantee. Her arrogance was totally unappreciated. I left feeling very upset. Not a god experience at all. I caution people from shopping here. They have a very bad attitude and the size guarantee is not what it appears. Beware if the price goes up you will be expected to pay the difference. Best to shop at a more honest store.
