My 3 year contract with Rogers finally expired and I was looking for 2 new phones. Always having dealt directly with a carrier, I started by going to the stores of the big 3 carriers. They just tried to oversell me and it was a waste of my time. I tried the Wireless Wave location and was thoroughly pleased with their service, selection and attention to the customers needs. Their store made it much easier to compare phones, plans etc. I dealt with the manager who listened to what I was looking for and she gave me a few options. Although I had my eye on another phone, I went with one of her recommendations and am very glad I did as it’s a great phone. She really knows her stuff and answered all my questions patiently. I will definitely return and encourage others to try this location as well.
