Rachel A. Clingen Wedding and Event Design are leaders in the wedding and event industry. Servicing the greater Toronto area, along with a focus on the Muskoka and Barrie regions, Rachel and her trained crew have been responsible for planning the décor and flowers for weddings all over Ontario. Services provided are fresh flowers for the wedding including bouquets and centrepieces, planning for all décor aspects, full selection of chair covers and linens, custom backdrops, candelabras, glassware and all draping needs.

History

Established in 1992.

After planning their own wedding, David and Rachel recognized the need for an ‘all in one’ design shop for busy brides. They realized that there are a lot of flower shops and rental companies that offer a ‘drop off’ services but there was a lack of collaboration of the two necessary elements of a designed, planned and put together wedding that most clients seek. Together with David’s management skills in the tent rental business and with Rachel’s creative edge, they embraced the challenge of building a company that met the complex wedding décor and floral needs of todays bride.

Rachel brings her acute sense of visual aesthetics and her passion for colour, form, and texture to every assignment. She has the uncanny ability to visualize a décor transformation in any room and make it happen regardless of the design challenge.

David, is the technical backbone of the team with his 20 years of experience in event production and tent rental businesses. He ensures smooth operations with setup, logistics, and equipment at various sites managing the critical details so that everything comes together on time and on budget.

This dynamic duo along with their dedicated team has performed dramatic décor and floral transformations of interior environments all over Ontario. Their combined complimentary skills are matched by their exceptional personal care and customer service.
