We hired this company to clean our hot tub & swim spa.
We found that they weren’t coming around once a week but would bill us for the visit.
The communication between the office person & «field» person is weak. Neither knows what the other is doing. Very unsatisfactory when you need questions answered.
Also, I was talked down to when Jim was in a bad mood & reminded me that WE were ONLY summer clients (we shut the pool & hot tub down when we go south for 4 months) and that he was doing US a favour by keeping us on as clients!!!
Anyways — in the 3 years we had this company hired– I caught the company at least 3 times, saying that they had cleaned our pool– but never did. (I tested my own water. Didn’t fully trust them — but my husband did)
TEST your water if you have this company hired! You could get very sick, or our loved ones could get very sick.
