Worst experience ever in a restaurant. We were seated(barely as the waitress ran, literally to get us to our table.) She took our drink order. Told my son who ordered a smoothie that it was busy and we would have to wait a while to get it. Then returning with our drinks saying that they were out of smoothie mix, surprise! Even though the board coming into the restaurant read«TRYOURNEWSMOOTHIES». We waited almost an hour for our food which came after others who were seated after us. The toast was mushy, the eggs were over cooked, the bacon under cooked and the home fries doused in seasoning! ! We were never aked once if we needed another drink or if everything was ok. After almost an hour and a half we had to get up to get our bill and pay. No one knew what we ordered and had to ask us. When we complained they didn’t seem to care.

Has a nice old fashioned feel to the place; can’t find old family run diners like this in the big cities like Toronto. Great prices, friendly service, fantastic for lunch. Doesn’t seem to stay open late though. Gotta love the cheese steak wrap they do… all gooey and old fashioned and delicious. Not like any of this franchise rubbish like Quinos. Seems very popular with the locals. I recommend.
