I love the story behind this local gem, but I am afraid that my beef tenderloin was not up to par!
I expected a pretty spectacular Pemberton beef dish, but the Gorgonzola killed every Beefy flavour on my plate.
The tenderloin was perfectly cooked, and once the offending cheese was pushed aside, it was quite delicious. I just wonder why the need for the strong cheese? I
